More Credit Card uses
Credit Cards should have more uses, such as taking a free item from boss rush or the boss trap rooms. Or maybe if you use it in the same room with a Beggar, they immideately pay out. Just some ideas to make Credit Card more viable.

It already lets you take all the devil deals for free for one room, I'd say that's enough.

Considering you can get free deals with the devil from them (or a free shop, only worth it with humbling bundle or stopwatch really), I'd say it's good enough. It already has the potential to be super useful.

If any card/pill/rune needs a buff, it's Berkano.

As it stands, Credit Card is a much, much better Store Credit. Considering you can take devil deals for free, it's fine the way it is.
