Im not quite sure..i know e is for using bomb but ive been getitng some item matchstick for example or some fairy card and wondering how to use those? What other key are used to play the game beside arrow and wasd e

Use Q to use cards/pills, and you can drop both cards/pills and trinkets (lower left corner) by holding Control. Spacebar to use Activated Items, Shift to view map/floor/curse.

[Solo Death]

Match stick is a trinket. You can't "use" it the same way you do bombs, they're passive items you can drop at any time by holding ctrl, and they just add little changes to the game while you have them. Match stick, for example, gives you more bombs.

To use cards and pills, press Q. Fun fact, don't use the high priestess card in a room without enemies as you will take a heart of damage.
