Hi! Just unlocked this item, and got it in the next run I had, but it doesn’t seem to be working? Whenever I activate it in a cleared mob room it eats the charges but nothing happens :(

Am I doing something wrong?

If you want to make it worth your while, use it after clearing a big room or better yet a challenge room or after a boss that spawns multiple enemies.
