Help pls problems with saving | Помогите пж проблемы с сохранениями

After the last update, the progress is not saved:
During the race, I go to the menu, the race resets.
Every time you log in to the game, the beta version agreement pops up.
No progress is saved in the game.
Tried:
Deleted all mods from steam workshop
Reinstalled the game
I used to install old backups
I played the game without mods (and with them too)
I tried to play on other files
I no longer know where to look for a solution to this bug, as I have not found anything on the Internet.

После последнего обновления не сохраняется прогресс:
Во время забега выхожу в меню, забег сбрасывается.
При каждом заходе в игру вылезает соглашение про бета версию.
Никакой прогресс в игре не сохраняется.
Пытался:
Удалял все моды из мастерской стима
Переустанавливал игру
Ставил старые бэкапы
Проходил игру без модов (и с ними тоже)
Пытался играть на других файлах
Я уже не знаю где искать решение этого бага, так как в интернете я ничего не нашел.

Sounds like something prevents the game from editing its save files. A paranoid antivirus could do that, for example.

Add Isaac to its list of exceptions (or whatever it calls it).
