why my achievements gone???

I had something like 250 achievement, and after i beat the beast as judas, i have only 2 achievements. idk what is going on

Launch the game -> main menu -> stats -> secrets.

You can link your steam achievements on isaac by going to the stats screen and pressing Alt + F2.

Had the same thing happen in january with ~400 achievements, going into 'secrets' fixed it, but they popped all at once again and now show the same unlock date

this should help, happened to me in a similar way. I lost all my check marks instead/progress and had missing stuff in stats.
