Achievement "sales baby" hasn't unlocked

I have all of the completion marks done but a while ago i lost my save because it got bugged by the online beta. Restarted completely and now im trying to get the achievements im missing. I know which checkmarks I'm missing because of my achievements I have unlocked so far.

In theory I have all of the checkmarks for keeper done, I just finished getting keepers sack( which was the last thing i needed to do) but i still didnt get sales baby.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Also I've done the stats > secrets thing and it didnt work

Means it's still locked on that save (number 264).

Triple check the Keeper's marks again. You need all of them on hard (red outline). Delirium's mark is easy to forget.
Having other unlocks gives 0 information, most unlocks can be done on normal mode.

I can check my marks anymore because it was bugged a long time ago, so im comparing the achievements for what i need done with the keeper and i have every single one except "Sale Baby" which means the achievement is just bugged out...

The "all hard" unlocks only check the marks. Do them again if they're missing.

(Feel free to use the debug console to make it easier if you want, nobody cares about what you do in a single player game.)
