637/640 achievements but no Dead God

I checked "Stats" tab and it looks like I don't have secret #69 and #87 but I certainly have them since I have Steam Achievements for it.
I tried to play Challange 20# since this secret is releated to it, completed it and it still didn't unlock.
Those 2 secrets are only things I'm missing for Dead God.
Oh, and also I tried pressing ALT + F2 and it's still no working, possibly not working in Rep+?

You need ALL achievements, even the Online ones, if you have rep+

You only have 637 Steam achievements, so you obviously are missing two.

I have all online ones, those missing 3 are dead god and 100001% and the other for completion

Dead God is the very last one.
Edit: Also, don't forget you have to collect all items.

I have all items but secrets tab is missing 2 and I know I unlocked them but they are just not showing up.

If they are missing you obviously did not unlock them? If you think it's a bug, you can always cheat them in.

There's a fair few items that only pop up in weird places and thus are almost never even rolled. The items exclusive to the Secret Room pool are bad enough, but then there's stuff like Redemption.

If you haven't tried this, try going to stats>secrets. i often have to do this to get my unlocks in rep+.

Uhm. Read it? It says exactly what you need to do to unlock achievements (=secrets). In fact it's the very first command listed.

It is... alongside an image representing "removed in Repentance" and by extension "this literally won't solve the problem".

True, my bad, forgot about that and the image didn't load for me. Then the easiest way is probably to unlock it in Steam using SAM and then get it into the save via the Alt-F2 method.
