Online bug with unlocks and achievments

I got some marks for tainted lost in online, but i didnt get the achievments or unlockable items. So I just did the same marks in singleplayer and i didnt get it..
Someone know how could i fix this?

How do you know you didn't get the unlock exactly? Ignore the item list, it shows items you picked up during runs, not unlocked ones.

If you have the in-game unlock but you're missing the corresponding Steam achievement, checking the secrets menu should fix this inconsistency.
Main menu -> stats -> secrets.

But since you're on a tainted character, there's something else to keep in mind. Tainted characters unlock something for beating:
- Greedier mode
- Mega Satan
- Delirium
- Mother
- Beast
- Isaac + ??? + Satan + Lamb
- Boss Rush + Hush
So if you only did, let's say, Isaac and ???, that would be only half of the requirement for one unlock, so not unlocking anything for getting these marks would be perfectly normal.

I did both Mother and Delirium with tainted lost online and now even if i beat them singleplayer i get NO unlock. I went to secret page and it gave me the achievement, but no unlock still.

If you got the achievements by checking the in-game secrets menu, it means the corresponding secrets are indeed unlocked and everything should be fine.
The unlocks you mentioned are numbers 569 and 594.

Once again: do not refer to the item list to check if something is unlocked, that is not its purpose.

Oh so that doesn't mean unlock, it means if you've seen it? I just had it happen again with Jacob and Esau and let me tell you... if it did the same thing with that piece of crap character I would've actually crashed out lmao

Specifically picked it up during a run (or rerolled into it with D4-like effects). Seeing an item on a pedestal isn't enough.
