When was the last time you had your marks and when was the last time you got a mark?
Also, have you tried to restore any backups yet?
What you want to do first, is locate the last backup with your save backup from the backup folder, (Usually the latest file with the biggest file size,) remove the date and period at the front of the file name (ex. rename 20241225.rep+persistentgamedata1 to rep+persistentgamedata1) Then you want to replace the save file in your remote folder with the file you just renamed.
To find your remote folder, you'll want to go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\
(or wherever your steam folder is on your pc.)
You're going to open the folder with your steam id # (if your account is the only one you've used on your pc, it'll be the only folder there,) then open 250900 -> remote. This is where the saves Isaac is currently using are located. You replace the persistentgamedata file that's in there with the file you just renamed, and when you launch the game it should be fixed.
