The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

Linux Doubts.
Are there currently any technical problems with this game in its native form? I know repentance doesn't work natively, but I want to know if the base content works fine. That's to consider buying the DLC later.

The linux versions work great! Tho i had some issues with it (as a windows and linux user)
1.Sometimes the game would just crash when launching it it can be because of outdated graphics drivers or OpenGL support (recommended is OpenGL 3.0)

2.Missing sound effects like no sound effect for the brimstone or collecting a penny it can be because of wrong audio configuration

That’s it i didn’t played so much the linux version but those were the issues i had with it also i don’t recommend running repentance through proton
Thank you very much for your response. Although well, I've read that AB+ causes problems when installed (I don't know if it's by itself, or by mods). The game is very low price, and I want to see if it is possible to continue playing natively on linux, because soon I'm going to move to that system (Windows 10 is going to die).

Im playing Repentance (Not Repentance+) in Linux Mint using Proton 5.13-16 without problems. 100% Perfect.
i only tried a bit of it natively and it seemed to work fine, but it works perfectly on proton. only quirk is that on the native version it will put files in i think .local of your home folder, and on proton it will put files in steam compatdata
