How to unlock the alt paths

ive gotten the polaroid,
killed satan once, unlocked it lives, unlocked blue womb, havent killed hush yet, sheol and cathedral are both available now, so what else do i gotta do?

Assuming you have at least Repentance, here are the steps to reach the yet-to-be-seen floors:
- Take the Polaroid and beat the Cathedral again to reach the floor beyond it.
- Beat Sheol 5 times to unlock the Negative, then take it and beat Sheol again (dark counterpart to the Polaroid).
- Kill Hush once to unlock another end floor for further runs.
- Kill Hush 3 times to unlock the Repentance path.
- Beat the Repentance path to unlock another end path.

I'm not seeing anything that claims you even need to have ever gone to Cathedral or Sheol to fight Hush. It's just probably a good idea to do other endings first.

you gotta kill the end bosses multiple times each 5 times basicly
you then get satan - darkroom (Lamb)
Isaac - Chest (???/blue)
Hush

(major thing you wanna do is do Greed/ultra greed modes for Lost's holy mantle protection as it applys to a key segment to MOTHER)

make sure to donate a ton of money to your shops to unlock angel statue key peices for mega satan fight as relying on sacrifice room's blood donation for the angel's keys is not viable for low hp charcters

It's not just health. He was the first boss to have what's known as "boss armor", which is a horrifying calculation designed to force you into something resembling a battle no matter how much damage you can deal.

now that i killed mother can i get tainted characters now?

how do i get back to mother now, do i have to do a bunch of complicated stuff or is there a shorter way to get to corpse now that i killed everything

You still need to get the two-parts knife and open the flesh door, same as the first time. No way around that.

Well, technically there are alternatives but they're RNG to encounter.
