The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

Eden's blessing limit to 2
"Reduced the maximum number of Eden’s Blessing items granted on subsequent runs to 2"
I can't understand this choice, gamebreak was fun. Now it's not.

You all need to know Edumd hates fun.
If something is fun enought they will probably nerf it.

I can understand it. It prevents you from cheesing harder characters by farming eden's blessings in greed mode. The characters are meant to be challenging, by starting with 10 items it defeats the point. The gamebreak was fun if you came across it naturally, holding r on greed mode till you get a d20 is another matter
I feel like you can't really justify "preventing cheese" when the console doesn't prevent unlocks. Literal cheating isn't punished, so why should merely overpowered options?

It's kind of boring to have the goal for a run to guarantee a win for the next run.
If some people legitimately used this to cheese challenge character runs, what a weird way to play. It's so tedious even with T. Cain.

I'm not talking about using the 10 Eden's Blessings to "cheat" or complete the game in any way. When you have completed the game three times (3 dead god). There are multiple ways to play Isaac. Streaking, Speedrun, Gamebreak streaking, it's hard and it's fun. Don't judge other players who take great pleasure in using some game mechanics.

I find it a boring way to "break" the game spending half an hour going through the shop pool, grabbing the Backpack, Glowing Hourglass and Crooked Penny just to set up and spend another half hour finding Eden's Blessing to duplicate.
Even forcing a Wild Card + Diplopia is whatever.

It honestly isn't hard to get 10 Eden's Blessings either. I streak with T. Cain as much as I do T. Lost and it's a given when T. Cain exists or Spindown Dice spawns.
It just takes absolutely forever to accomplish when you could play a run in that time.
I stopped finding it fun after the few dozen times I've done it.

I'll never not judge people who defeat the purpose of difficult content in the game because I'll like them to experience the challenge. But whatever. If someone does, cool, if someone finds it fun, OK but I'll gladly wash my hands of the idea that this was the optimal way to streak, gamebreak or unlock content.

Eden's blessings have no relation to the difficulty of the game. Again, you can complete the game (100%) without blessing at all. This is my case. I experienced the gamebreak much later.
I see gamebreaking as another way to play the game. I'm not talking about gamebreak in greed mode or with T.Cain.
it is possible with any character and on any path (Blue Baby, The Lamb, Mother, Beast, Delirium).
Gamebreak streaking is a lot harder than you say.
If you don't have spindown dice or tainted cain. You can use trinkets and create infinite pickups without D20.
I will never understand people who want to remove a perfect and fun idea of game design.
I love Isaac for all the possibilities it offers.
Sorry if I don't speak English very well.
