Should I victory lap ?

I've beaten that one boss for the first time and got prompted for the victory lap, I know there are secrets bound to it. So should I ?
Also, if I go cathedral during the victory lap, will killing the boss there counts for the post-it ?

If you think the current run is good, sure. You should try to only do VLs in a row though (go kill the Lamb again during the lap, say yes again, repeat). There are a few unlocks to get that way, the last one is called Rerun (you'll be turned into the Lost for that last lap, that's normal).
If you haven't unlocked the Negative yet though (= reliable way to go to the Dark Room), don't bother doing that chain of unlocks yet.

No. You can't unlock anything during a victory lap (except for the few "keep doing VLs in a row" unlocks I mentioned above).

I should have waited to see that. I had the negative yeah. At least it was fun.
