[BUG] Tainted Lazarus co-op crash in downpour.

So I have a very specific bug that results in a crash.
Here is how to reproduce it :
1/ play with 2 players local co-op
2/ player 1 should take Tainted Lazarus, player 2 can take anyone (we tried with Tainted Keeper and Tainted Lilith)
3/ players should beat the first boss and go to downpour
4/ once in downpour players should find a room with enemies
5/ Tainted Lazarus must die in that room before it is cleared
6/ Player 2 should clear the room after Tainted Lazarus's death
7/ The game crashes :'(

We've been able to recreate this bug every time, even after disabling all our mods.

I have the exact same problem in flooded cave 2 with tainted Lazarus and tainted Lilith

Yeah tainted Lazarus crasches in downpour (I'm on ps5)
