Best tainted character?

In my opinion are tainted judas and tainted bethany, tainted forgotten is pretty fun too and tainted cain have a very interenting mechanic. Tainted lost is the worst imo.

Maybe not the best but tainted magdalene really grew on me. It's fun to just hug enemies to death. I also like tainted samson, fun to keep the rage going as long as possible.

Tainted Lilith, maggy, eve, keeper, isaac, judas, samson, bethany are ace, azazel, apollyon. cain, forgotten are ok to me, lazarus and jacob are meh, the lost can go to the crapper

I actually love the tainted lost, only getting offensive items makes you very strong every time, making every run fun. And with the holy card change, you can pop it immediately and basically have the holy mantle (until you get hit of course).
Other than that, I very much enjoy tainted apollyon, bethany and judas (who is the strongest in my opinion).

I can't choose between my top 3 that would be Keeper, Lilith and Judas. I have to try yet samson and beth though.

Tainted Eve is also underrated. Yes, the clots use Esau controls. That's a lot less annoying when you can have dozens of them, they're immune to hazards, and you don't automatically lose when they die.

Tainted lillith is quite fun, her damage is good and she pierces with a decent range.
You just gotta play it like a whip and not actualy use the minion to shoot

I can't quite say I wanted to complete every normal character first so the only thing that I touched were keeper, judas and the lost. I need to complete only 4 more characters form a normal game and I will start having fun with those unique ones

Tainted Samson. His berserk mode can almost single handedly clear entire floors and some bosses if you play hyper aggressively.

Since then, I learned Mars lets you move the body, you can get two offerings for Devil Beggars at the price of one if you hold the Forgotten, like pre-Repentance, and while not helpful at all, it's funny how you have to throw him at the battery beggar to charge the active item. It's all the things that result from how he's programmed that make him entertaining.

Tainted samson is incredibly fun. entering berserk mode is basically a guarantied room clearer and it feels great

Tainted forgotten is just fun. Throwing him through doors, especially cursed doors for free entry, is amazing.

I haven't tried all of the tainted characters yet, but Isaac is my 2nd favorite so far.

I can't choose but i like when some mechanics are changed, like maggy and her hugs, judas and his "little" invincibility frame, samson and his berserker mod or keeper and his money run ^^'

It's pretty cool to see that thanks to this dlc, the game really changes depending on the character played.

Tainted Isaac is awesome in greed mode. I love how you can swap out health up items for better items, and still keep the additional health
