Remove Isaac's Heart from the game

It was kinda buffed in repentance but yes it's kinda gimmicky and not very good

It's one of those rare items that has a lot of value if put in the right situation. At best it synergizes perfectly with a particular build or two, at worst you grab it because you couldn't tell what the item was and you die because it totally screws over your combo. The remaining like 90% of the time you play the game you'll never see this item.

sharp plug is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ self harm mechanic and therefore should still work with isaac's heart

Yeah it used to be much more useful but now it's like one or two really cool synergies and that's it. It got hit hard but like I said I haven't seen that item too often. It's a shame.

hmmm from what i got info wise from the wiki acts this item like those annoying masks with their heart o.o

it sounds like a dangerous item tho.
but if you are able to use it in a good manner can i see adventages of this thing too.
cause if enemies ignore the heart and go for isaac instead is it in combination with poison touch probably amazing O..O or just with any other item which damages enemies upon contact like ramming speed etc. :o.

I've only found it once so far in repentance but honestly it felt pretty good, certainly not a run killer. The heart actually moves pretty quickly to be on the opposite side to the direction you're firing tears and enemies seem to aim the body with it now rather than the heart, making it really easy to capitalise on orbitals and contact damage effects.

It's nothing amazing and can be a little awkward at times due to the offset hitbox, but it definitely has good synergy with quite a lot of common items, even if the OP synergies it used to have like blood rights/breath of life/IV bag/donation machines/etc. are gone.

If you mean razor blade, you'll take damage using that with isaac's heart now.

Probably it's a rare item, I don't know, but I was just about to fight Hush and I picked Isaac's Heart because I couldn't see what item I was picking, I had curse of unknown just before Hush fight and literally killed my run.

It probably have some cool synergies, but no one want to pick that item never because it's just bad.

You could easely break the game with self-damage prevention though. All you needed to get a game breaking party started is an IV Bag.

It's now actually takeable. Mostly thanks to enemies, that previously targeted the heart, will now target Isaac instead. It can also push enemies back and don't forget, Isaac can block the shots, making bullet hell patterns coming from one side trivial (So definitely not Mother...i don't think the heart will move fast enough so you can block one line of the cross-pattern, before the next one. The biggest problem now is muscle memory - you still wanna dodge and accidently leave the heart open for projectiles.
And you can still become potentially immortal with King Baby or Duct Tape and another blocking familiar, like Dry Baby. "On touch" effects and Kamikaze still work as well.

Edit: Removed the part about Isaac's Heart going well with J&E. It actually screws your run completely, unless doubled and should be avoided at all cost.

No need to remove it from the game.
