100% Angel and Devil room chance but no Angel room

I had a 100% at a devil room and then I whent in to a sacrifice room to get a 100% Angel room chance, but when i defeted the boss the game gave me a devil room. This does not make any sense to me.

Had the same happen to me, apparently it's a visual bug.

You need to give more context friend, if you were on the second floor the game is hardcoded to give you a devil room with the only exception being that if you have the book of virtues then the game will give a angel room instead. If you had duality and wanted a angel room but only got a devil room, then I have to inform you that the item in question is bugged and sometimes only gives one room and not both.

Not hard coded, you can change it by using the sacrifice room and getting the "you feel blessed" message, however it seems to be bugged right now.

Happened to me too a little while ago and it turns out it may be an old bug: If you got it through a sacrifice room, it's actually not 100%, it's 10% for everytime you get the "you feel blessed" message - The found hud mistakenly displays 100% the first time you get the message. I need to check if it still does this in Repentance because I rarely use sacrifice rooms. (Edit: Wiki[bindingofisaacrebirth.fandom.com] seems to confirm this)

Even when you get 100% normally, there are apparently rounding errors which may make it 98% even if it displays 100%

Also worth mentioning the Duality bug: if you're fighting Reap Creep, the Devil Room and Mausoleum door will take the side walls and leave nowhere for the Angel Room to spawn.

Duality seems pretty bugged in general. Just doesn't spawn one of the two pretty frequently.
