After Golden God?
What do I do after Golden God? Mega Stan or is it time to grind all the items.

There's a VERY large amount more to do after Golden God. All items, of course, challenges, Mega Satan, which consequently unlocks 2 more challenges, and 2 more items, one through those challenges, and beating Chest, Dark Room, and the Boss Rush with every character, which mostly unlocks even MORE items to collect.

What is after Golden God?
Platinum God.
Than REAL platinum god.

Golden God is 100%-ing the original game, Platinum God is 100%ing Wrath of the lamb expansion and REAL Platinum God is 100%-ing rebirth so you still have a ways to go

I beat mega satan before i got golden god, And it was easy.. Probably because i had polyphemus + technoligy + lots of tears upgrades

Golden God is something, not too sure. Platinum God is getting all items and challenges done, Real plat is unlocking the lost with Plat God done too

Golden God: Kill the LAmb and Blue Baby at least once
Platinum God: Everything minus the Lost stuff
Real Platinum God: Everything INCLUDING the Lost stuff.
