Ok so i'm getting ready to get Dad's Key and move on to mega satan. Bad thing is I don't know wait to aim for his hands or his head? Tell me what I should aim for

Head. Killing the hands helps but isn't absolutely neccessary.

Attacking the hands just makes them disappear for a little while. Go for his face.

I cheesed Mega Satan with Gnawned Leaf and Lil' Haunt/Daddy Longlegs/Dry Baby. It was an exciting AFK battle.
