Boss Rush Glitch

There's a glitch were if you some how get an item into the Boss Rush room and grab it, even if it isn't one of the pedistal items, the rush starts, but the pedistal items will still be there. I did this earlier w/o knowing when I used a Wheel of Fortune card to get soul hearts. The machine broke and left the (Whatever the item is called). I grabbed it and the Boss Rush started. The four pedistal items were still there though, so I grabbed one. That's when the other three dissapeared and the game went normal again.
I guess this can be exploited in some way, but this is just a heads up.

Another cool thing you can do with the boss rush is grab an item, instantly teleport out, go back in, and then the other 3 items will still be there so you can grab a second one. If you have the supplies you can use this to take all 4 items, and it's pretty great.

If we knew the item it could help. The way the room works is it looks for a pedastal item being picked up (not sure about trinkets), and that triggers the start of the rush. For example, if you used Pandora's Box, it spawned a pedastal item, and you picked it up, it would trigger the rush. I'm assuming something like that is what happened with you.
