Double Dead Cat.

So, yeah.. I just had a double Dead Cat plus a 1UP, leaving me with 19 potential respawns. Now, of course I'm MLG, pro and a.. Uh.. 420.. Something. Either way, I was stupidly overpowered and thus I didn't die once, but my question here is: How is double Dead Cat even possible? xD

I was under the impression that you couldn't (Or at least shouldn't) get duplicate items in a single run?

Super Pride always drops Dead Cat as its item regardless of whether or not you've seen it before, as do the rest of the sins and their items. Pretty good if you're the Lost.

It's not rare to get double dead cat, you could get one from the curse room and one after fighting super pride, or you could get one in the cruse room from the first red chest and if you are lucky enough the 2nd red chest will teleport you to a deal with the devil with 9 lives on it (which happened to me not too long ago.). safe to say 18 lives are pretty nice, especially as the lost like NoFunLeaf said.

Well, I'll say! The Lost + Double Dead Cat + 1UP + Guppy's Collar must be nice in that case. x3

Item drops from the sins are completely seperated from all item pools, and I am pretty sure they can be dropped infinitely should you have the opportunities to fight them multiple times in the same run.
