I am aware that to unlock Samson's chain you need to beat the boss rush with him... I have... 3 times, each time nothing has happened, I would appreciate any advice or solutions, if anyone has any. Thanks guys

You have unlocked the achievement, so actually you should have it...

Are you talking about another save slot?
If not, check the secrets you have to be sure.

No, I only have a single save slot in use and I have beaten the boss room repeatedly, the item doesn't show up in the unlocked item list.

that's the thing, I have checked the secrets repeatedly and its not there,
apologies I got secrets and items mixed up, in secrets Samson chains are there, but not in the item list, same for eves mascara.

So you have checked among secrets, not items?
Because to unlock an item in the item list you have to pick it up.

Sorry if it seems obvious and pointless to say, I don't know what else could be the problem.
Another reason for not unlocking it could be the use of seeds, but in that case you also shouldn't have the achievement.

This is strange, I hope someone will find the solution.

Oh, that's it then, you just have to find the items, you have unlocked them.

ahhh right. I wasnt aware of that, I thought that the items list was the list of unlocked item, thank you very much :D
