JOKER CARD ON CATEDRAL?
What happens? Do I get a guaranteed angel room?

I thought Joker were only Devil Rooms. But yes, if you use it on Cathedral or anywhere else after Mom's Heart you get transported to a Devil Room.

Yep, teleported to a devil/angel room.

Unless you've already ignored a devil deal, there is zero chance of finding an angel room. If you have, there's a chance, just like when you finish a floor without taking red heart damage.
