Easily Ipecac. It deals more damage and who dosen't want to gigantic, sentient poops with your own arching, explosive, pukes?

Proptosis or Monstro's Lung?

Monstro's lung. It changes up the game and can make it load better.

20/20 or Mutant Spider?

I'd take Mutant Spider, mainly for the increase in synergies.
