Baddest Item In The Whole Game?

What is the baddest item in the whole game? My opinion is Butter Bean.

The Poop
Any 'Bean' items
Random teleportation items (i.e. Telepills, Teleport, Cursed Skull, etc.). Tarot Cards like The Emperor, The Hermit and The Stars are better since you'll know where they'll actually teleport you.
Tiny Planet (unless you have Brimstone, then it's FANTASTIC)
Anti-Gravity
Any 'Worm' trinkets (Hook Worm, Ring Worm, etc.)

Isaac's Heart is the worst item because it's only good if you get 2 items and even though Butter Bean sucks you can just choose to not use it where as when you have Isaac's Heart you're stuck with it.

Like I suddenly play like I did when I first started BoI, which is terrible, especially compared to my RPG status nowerdays. (It also doesn't help that I didn't find the Lost as bad as everyone else, plus at least he's getting a buff... Lazarus will always suck though.)

What about Isaac's Heart because most of your personal worst items are either active items, trinkets or pills and cards which you don't actually have to use but if you get screwed by a curse of the blind or a sucky Eden start then you are stuck with Isaac's freaking heart!

But, i do agree that Breath of Life is trash tier

iv gotta go with butter bean i mean, alot of items can be considered the worest item in the game but it just depends on the items you already have and me personally iv never found anything good to go with the butter bean

I beg to differ. The flat worm trinket actually can be extremely useful if you have the proper setup (read: that one collectible that makes your tears act as shields) and a high rate of fire.

Dude, Soymilk is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ op as hell, Soymilk firemind, soymilk mysterious liquid, soymilk triple shot? Either you dont even give it a chance and restart the run when you find it, or you're just jumping on the VERY, VERY, VERY incorrect bandwagon. (also broken remote doesnt teleport you on hit, it teleports you on use of your spacebar item, ya ♥♥♥♥.

Poop isnt usefull they say it gets rid of red poops

The Poop can drop nickels and dimes, so it's not that BAD for 1 room charge. I'd say Dead sea scrolls, crack the sky, and butter bean/the bean

Crack the sky, unless by some miracle or divine intervention it actually hits what I want it to.

The Poop can also be used to create bridges across one block wide gaps if you have a bomb to spare.

Worst item in the game? Butter Bean. It's basically a fart button. The knockback effect is far too weak to be of any real use. At least it synergizes well with Broken Remote...
