does Ludovico Technique synergise with Loki's Horns (as soon as possabul)

does Ludovico Technique synergise with Loki's Horns. i'm asking becase i ran into this. and didn't want to watse an itum pestel. so some-1 plz tell me do they synergise

If it did i would have no idea how it work considering the fact that it spawns 4 tears from each side

Sadly, it does not, however, any multi-shot item does synergize, giving the main tear orbiting tears.

Note: Do not get tiny planet, my reflection, or anything like that, because it'll drag your tear near you.

Maybe in a similar fashion to Epic Fetus?

It now does but it's a very small chance of happening (The main tears shoots 4 other tears)

Except the new Bookworm transformation, I got it yesterday (with Monstro's Lung too) and it did a weird thing where my character kept continuously shooting tears at my Ludovico cluster, really fast (few frames per tear).
Made my framerate go down, I had to exit-resume every few rooms.

"Loki's Horns gives your Ludo tear a very small chance (based on your luck stat) to fire 4 smaller tears in all 4 directions. Even with a high luck stat this effect doesn't happen very often, but this synergy doesn't lower any stats so even though it's not very useful it has no negatives associated with it either!"
