Cant find steven

BEFORE YOU SAY! Yes, i have unlocked something from the future i just cant find him ANY WHERE! normal or Hard and apperently he is supposed to be pretty common is this a glitch or is he just super rare koz i have been serching for him for the last 5 months not even progressing game if he is not on 1st or 2nd floor of basment im outta there!

You can find him in boss rush or when you kill the steven boss

I have had trouble finding him in the past as well. if you are talking about the boss and not the item.
I do know this, he only appears on the first 2 floors, he is a rare "champion" version of Gemini. so whatever floor gemini can spawn on , steven can spawn on.
I do not think he appears in the cellar (the hard version of the first floor where the haunt appears)

the only advice I can give is to play the first 2 floors, if they are cellar, restart, if they are basement rush to the boss, if it's not steven, restart.
it might even be a waste of time to do the second floor, just do the first floor, get to the boss as fast as you can, if it's not steven, restart.

If you find little steven in one of the first 2 item rooms, and fight steven on 2nd floor basement boss, he is likely to drop steven.. Aside from that, it's a rare drom from him. good luck

alright so any seeds with gemini i haveent seen him ever since i unlocked it

Getting a gemini or steven once every 25 runs or so. Can only spawn in Basements

It's entirely luck based, unfortunately, and Steven is a rare Basement boss. If you're trying to get the Steven item, then your best bet is to play Azazel, restart until you get the basement and not the cellar, rush your way to the boss, hope it's Steven, and hope he drops Steven and not Little Steven.

acurly steven is the last boss i need for celler if you dont need him for celler tell me koz that means the game is glitched koz i have defeated every boss in base ment accept steven

Steven is not necessary for unlocking the cellar. You've to defeat gemini twice. One time you kill the big one first and the baby last and the second time you've to kill the baby first and the big one second.

also geuss what i was playing on the BASEMENT seed and i came across steven...6 TIMES IN A ROW! koz i kept restarting koz i had crap stuff the 6th time i acurly got some good things like brimstone and lots o babys!

if you're trying to get an achievment or an unlock, you can't use a seed, it disables unlocks when you use a seed. just fyi
