Can't get the cube of meat

I'm 1 achievement away from Platinum God. That achievement is the Super Meat boy achievement. I have been trying to get Book Of Relevations, and everytime i got it from the first basement/cellar and used to get Famine in the boss room, everytime he drops Ball Of Bandages. I have gotten the book of relevations 5 times now and I never get the Cube of Meat. :(

Just need to keep trying. Famine will drop either the cube or the ball at random.

Forget the Book of Revelation approach. It's simply not worth the time because it's super likely that a double trouble boss room appears or you get Conquest in the womb/utero, both will screw up your tactic.

This helped me (for the most part stolen from the Isaac wikia plus a little own experience):
1. Start as Isaac with D6
2. Restart and Reroll until you get Pyromaniac in an Item room
3. Go into a shop and reroll until you get Nuns Habit
4. Find a room where exploding damage enemies are (very likely on the caves levels)
5. Hurt yourself by touching them to refill your D6 and heal yourself with their explosion attacks (Don't kill them! Wait for them to bomb the doors open so you can use them multiple times)
6. Find the item room and reroll until you get an item that makes your tears explosive (Epic fetus, ipecac) You will have infinite rerolls because of step 5. But it might take a very long time
7. (very similar to step 5) Find another itemroom on the next level. Hurt yourself on spikes or fires to fill up your D6 and heal yourself with your explosive shots and reroll the itemroom until you get monstermanuel.
8.(again very similar to step 5) hurt yourself on fires or spikes to refill your monstermanuel and use it again and again and again. And of course heal yourself with your explosive shots.
It is important that you don't leave the room, because the monstermanuel resets all familiars when you enter another room. Watch out that you dont accidently extinguish all fires.

All the rerolling takes a lot of time but it's very reliable.

PS: Monstermanuel can generate both cube of meat AND ball of bandages. So dont worry about getting the wrong orbital
