Can not unlock "A secret Exit" after defeating HUSH 4 times

Hello, I bought the repentance DLC when it came out and been trying to unlock the "A secret Exit" with my friend, However, after 3 times we defeated HUSH in "???", there was no achievement notification. We turned to the BESTIARY page and found HUSH, the entry shows that we defeated it 4 times. But when I restart the game (multiple times), no door shows up after the basement or burning basement or the second floor. Does anyone have the same problem?

Got same issue, secrets and Alt+f2 doesn't fix this. Beat Hush 4 times (1 in challenge), don't get secret exit unlock after last win against him.

If any of your wins against Hush were in a challenge, they won't count towards the unlock. It needs to be 4 separate victories in normal runs.

I know about challenges and unlocks, I just curious why someone get Secret Exit after 3 wins against Hush in normal runs (read this forum and reddit) which I did, and someone only after 4-5 wins. How is it even working, I dunno.

If you can't find any solutions to this problem (I don't know too, lol), you can use the debug console to unlock secret number 407.

Yeah, I researched it more, and yeah, the unlock command is in fact removed, I'm sorry for the misinformation, it's because I never used the debug console since AB+, lol

It won't give you the achievment if you beat hush in a set seed

You need to beat hush solo. Your post implies all your attempts were co-op.

Co-op doesn't prevent unlock to my understanding

If you used seeds during one of those kills, that kill doesn't count. If it's nor that nor some of those kills being in challenges then I really have no idea. If you can't find out what it is you can also cheat it in, I guess.

Only the game host gets the unlocks in co-op - sounds like you were not hosting the game.

Worth mentioning the "why" of this case: Steam Remote Play works by pretending that all players are on the same computer and therefore using the host's savefile, which is also why only one person can use keyboard controls.

I had to beat hush like 2 more times even tho I had beaten him on every character
