Completion Mark Shadow
Why do some completion mark of some character of mine show their shadow on the paper and some just don't show any shadow at all?

That means you have to do all the symbols on that mark to unlock one thing.

For the tainted characters, doing boss rush and Hush unlocks one achievement. You don't have to do that in one run. Just both at some point.

The other thing is Satan, Lamb, Isaac and blue Baby. Beating all four of them gives another unlock.

As you can see, i defeated all the bosses on hard mod with all characters, unlocked all the completion marks with them but bethany's sheet is the only one that stills has shadow on it.

As described above, those "shadows" have a meaning for Tainted characters. Not sure why your Bethany has them (mine doesn't), maybe a minor visual glitch. No meaning for her though.

Those 'shadows' are just stains following the torn up theme of the tainted character menu.

It's probably just a glitch.
