Golden Razor not Unlocking?

Is anybody else having issues unlocking the golden razor? I've tried a handful of combinations, such as once having 100+ coins (with deep pockets) and then spending them all, spending 99+ coins collectively (not having more than 99 at once), spending them on a mix of shops and machines and then just at shops, etc. None of the prior seem to have unlocked it thus far. Is there something I'm missing?

I unlocked it by using 99 coins with Magic Fingers. Maybe try that.

Maybe you have to spend them all in one shop? Try breaking greed mode with d20

Should be easy to get it in Greed Mode, Tainted Cain or Tainted Keeper can get 99 coins in that mode reliably.

It would make sense to try and get 99 all at once, and spending them to 0 to guarantee it.

Bombing your Donation Machine or Tainted Cain Greed Mode to help with obtaining 99
something like Keeper's Box, Magic Fingers or Restock can help with spending the 99

I'll definitely give Greed mode a try (not my favorite so I've avoided it thus far), and see how it goes. Never came across magic fingers before, but I'll be sure to try it again if I get restock so it's the same shop.
