completed my first run (no unlock??)

Hey Guys,
I completed the first run now for the third time without receiving any unlkocks.
I beat mother two times normaly and once with the Bible but I dont have anything else unlocked.

Do you know why that may be?

List of things that prevent all kind of progress:
- Seeds (except a few special ones)
- Challenges (except for their reward obviously).
- Daily Runs.
- Reruns and Victory Laps (except for a few specific unlocks).
- Any active mod from the mod menu before Mom is killed once on that save (no matter what they do, other saves are irrelevant).
- Enabling the console before Mom is killed once on that save (even if you don't use it).
- Paranoid antivirus programs (or missing rights) preventing the game from creating/editing its save file.

Achievements don't unlock if you have used a seed, have the debug console enabled, or have mods on before beating mom. You can use mods after beating mom without them

thanks, yeah i have some mods installed so i know which Items does what. I'll deinstall them first and then activate them later againe :)

the same thing happened to me what i did was i lost all my achievements and unlocks but then i went to stats and got them all back
