Reverse Hanged Man in every room?

I am playing as tainted Lazarus and every time I beat a room I get a Reverse Hanged Man card to drop right beside my character. I don't have a single card related item or even really any items (I'm on floor 3)

Anyone know what might be causing that? At any rate I have unlimited coins now since I can used the card every room lol

Last time I played Tainted Lazarus I got a Soul of Tainted ??? every single room. Seems like some kind of bug.
