I can't get mega satan achievements no matter how much I beat him

This error has been happening to me for a long time but it really is annoying that most of my characters have almost all the achievements except mega satan, I have used mods and on several occasions they caused the game to close, but since I got this error If I did not have mega santan achievements, I decided to stop using mods, I have even tried on another pc because previously those errors were solved by entering another pc (I don't know why) but now I don't even get mega santan achievements, I don't know how to solve it , I have already seen on youtube, in other forums, uninstalling and installing the game, etc ..... Will someone have a solution?

List of things that prevent all kind of progress:
- Seeds (except a few special ones)
- Challenges (except for their reward obviously).
- Daily Runs.
- Reruns and Victory Laps (except for a few specific unlocks).
- Any active mod from the mod menu before Mom is killed once on that save (no matter what they do, other saves are irrelevant).
- Enabling the console before Mom is killed once on that save (even if you don't use it).
- Paranoid antivirus programs (or missing rights) preventing the game from creating/editing its save file.

The "always Void portal after Mega Satan" mod is also known to prevent all Mega Satan unlocks. If you have it, disable it.


If instead you have the in-game unlocks but you're just missing Steam achievements for some reason, checking the in-game secrets menu should fix this inconsistency.
