Is there way to see everything I still need to achieve on a save file?

I understand that there's completion marks, and a challenge list but there are also other things like using 5 gulp pills and i don't know where i can view if i've done this or not.

I'm not looking for the achievement list, because potentially, I completed it on another save file.

There is an achievement list in game without steam on every save file. look up the secrets menu. there are like 600 different secrets, which correspond to every steam achievement. Steam achievements are global, but you can view them locally. In this game, achievements=unlocks, so you not looking for achievements for checknig unlocks is straight up wrong and you should do so. Check out the wiki for which achievement each individual secret corresponds to. Look at each secret you are missing, and see which achievement the number of the secret corresponds to on the wiki. This is the only way I know.
