You could, however, use the debug console to unlock things manually. Could be slow though, since you'll have to enter a command for each unlock.
Method:
First, kill Mom once without any mod, so you can use mods or the debug console and still unlock things.
Then, check your Switch in-game secrets list. Note the numbers of the secrets you have unlocked.
Back on PC, enable a mod in the mod menu (any mod), open the console while in a run, and use the "achievement" command. For example, if you have the secret number 1 on Switch, typing "achievement 1" (without the quotes) will unlock it instantly.
Repeat for each number.
If you have a fully completed save though, it's far quicker to get that save state. Just type "achievement *" instead, they'll all pop up.
