Floor with no boss room

This is the entire floor explored and yep, there's no boss room. It spawns on normal mode around the super secret room, but not on hard mode.

Think you should report this seed to the devs.

Its an amazing seed, once you clear the first floor you can buy a double treasure room prize from the shop for 7 cents. then on floor two if you pick the left most item in the treasure room you can get pyro for 99 bombs. also if you bring ewaz rune from the first floor you can continue to the flooded caves

Wouldn't be too hard to find out, there are some challenges and dailies that won't spawn a boss room on Chest/Dark Room, any that are supposed to end at Mega Satan won't so it'd be pretty easy to test, just need to find one and carry it there, or modify your players.xml to start a character with one and do this seed. Based on the other teleport cards, if a boss room truly doesn't exist on the floor rather than just somehow being unaccessable it should do a random teleport

Decided to try it, in this case it teleports you to the boss room, which is only attached to a room that's not attached to anything else for whatever reason. May test it out on the ones that should legitimately have no boss room at some point, but don't feel like doing so at this time.
