No, no shops in the Utero/Womb.

No stores after Depths/Necropolis II, but there IS and arcade on Womb/Utero II. You can find libraries in the Cathedral and Chest, however.

nope. only item sources are bosses, secret rooms, ocasional golden chests (rare) or especially bums. Coins are still very useful for bums.
