I can't seem to find C.H.A.D

Chad is the only boss I haven't fought and never seems to spawn. Any idea why or a way to fix this would be appreciated.

and yes I have tried a seed and was not awarded the achievement.

Don't think you can get achievements on seeded runs. Wish I had some advice for yah can't believe with all the achievements you have you've never encountered him

wells, you've got the right achieve for him , but only a couple days ago. He's not hugely common, so just looks like RNG.
I find he loves to show up if Little Chad will be completely useless, so I seem to get him with ??? character quite a lot! :p

It's kinda a joke, but there's a "rule" around the community: "if you play as ??? (Blue Baby) you'll certainly fight C.H.A.D.".
Well, I must say it never fails for me, it's the character I play the least (even less than the Lost), but it always works, for my frustration -.-"
BTW, of course you need to have unlocked the "Something Cute" achievement to fight C.H.A.D.
