MEGA Unlocked ??? Spoilers maybe
Ok according to the Achievements there is going to be one called "Mega" for which the description says unlocked.

Which 99.99% means there is a way to make the fight for MEGA SATAN unlockable on each playthrough.

Seeing as 0.2 % of the player have unlocked it, mind telling me how to do it ?

It kinda sucks having to hope for 2 angel rooms or dads key to fight him to get the completion marks >_>

You have to beat Mega Satan as every character Including The Keeper on any difficulty to get it.
The unlock its self is a VERY powerful active item with a 12 room charge time
