Devil Room and Black Hearts
So, if I go into a devil room with 1 soul heart and 3 black hearts as BB. And there's an item for 3 soul hearts, will it take my black hearts as well?

Yes, when it comes to devil deals, black hearts are worth as much as soul hearts.

But it will take soul hearts first I believe, like say you had six hearts and the first second and last one are soul hearts it should take them first before black hearts. At least in my experience

The game treats black hearts as soul hearts colored black, that deal damage when depleted. At least, as far as I know.
