How important is luck in greed mode?
Am playing a greed mode run as isaac and lucky foot just showed up in the shop, so is luck any good in greed mode? (will i get more coins or something?)

It won't give you more coins. Only real benefit to luck upgrades is if you pick up items that give tear effects whose chance of activating is luck based.
