How to activate items?
I see on the bottom right of my screen it says 'Explosive Diarrhea'. I have no idea what this is but I want to use it, but I cannot see how.

Well, if you're using a controller you gotta press the right button I don't recall the button with the keyboard unfortunately. I will tell you however, that explosive diarrhea makes you ♥♥♥♥ out a trail of bombs.

RB if you use a certain common controller, Q if you use a Keyboard, ??? otherwise

Keyboard default is 'q'. Bombs are 'e' and chargable items are spacebar, btw.

No, the item activation isnt working. Bottom right? I died, and now the new item just has question marks as a name, and the image is two different coloured tears

You press "Q" to use a: Tarot card, pill, rune, playing card, or misc. (i.e. Broken D6)
P.S. IRL use laxitives...

To get money out of the donation machine you have to bomb it... Then you will get a random amount of coins from the machine (Usually correspondent to the amount that was taken away from the machines balance)
P.S. IRL Rob th nearest bank... you won't get caught trust me...
