It's pretty much only an achievement saying "You did it" ... requirements are donating 999 coins to the greed donation machine. No unlocks connected to it.

designed just to waste your time to play in this boring mode... Only have to do mega stan and hush on Lost.... and this crap

Watch this achievement actually doing further stuff later on and everyone skipping it is just delaying the further achievements and items ;). People, by people i mean dataminers, are saying more things are not in the game yet that have a sprite for in the code. So I am willing to bet if more gets added to the game, more Greed Machine donations will be needed at some point.

Originally, there was no keeper unlock. It was added onto the game later after a real-world challenge was completed. The elipsis and small text might be meant to hint at "something secret coming afterwards."
