Items that work (and don't work) with Lilith?

I have been messing with Lilith today and she's pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome! I'm going to list a few of the items I've found that don't work on her as well as a couple of interesting synergies. I haven't had a chance to test a whole lot out yet though because I am late to the Afterbirth party

Game Breaking Items:

I haven't seen any yet

Useless items:

-Marked
-Cursed Eye
-Chemical Peel
-Blood Clot

Good Items:

-Familiars: You can double them with the Box of Friends, duh!

-Charging items: All of the items that change how quickly your use items charge (9-Volt, The Battery, Car Battery, Habit, etc) so you can spam box more

-Most of the items that change tear effects and other stats like shot speed or range work normally with her Incubus

-The Ludovico Technique: Gives the usual controllable tear but Incubus also shoots normally

-Milk: Every time you use Box of Friends the Tears Up from Milk is given (This can exceed the tears cap and is completely OP after a mere two uses of box in a room)

I will do more testing and return with more that I find later, please share anything you guys/gals know about especially if it breaks the game so that other people can avoid it

Hey, let's revive this dead post, eh?

Proptosis makes lilith effectively UNPLAYABLE, the range is atrocious, making the shots shrink to nothing in seconds flat. Some rooms with enemies over gaps are actually unbeatable, due to ♥♥♥♥ range.

Actually, marked is pretty much at its best with Lillith. You get a stat upgrade and don't have to worry about the annoying new control scheme.
