Blank Card+Dice Shard+9 Volt+AAA Battery
didn't think most people knew Dice Shard works with Blank Card so I thought I would share. being able to do a D20+D6 roll every two rooms was hilariously fun. Even without the batteries it's still better than the D6 or D20 alone

No I was using Isaac and found the Blank Card on the fourth or fifth floor, luckily I already had 9 Volt

yeah being that it rerolls pickups and items simultaneoulsy I was easily able to breakfast the game in The Chest (with some clever use of Jera Rune and Glitter Bombs to get the charges needed). unfortunately I had already used Dads Key on second floor so I had no way to force the Mega Satan fight.

A faster D100 then. I like D100 runs (so much that i killed an eden streak with it), i have to try this synergy but it looks like something you randomly find, seems hard to hunt for a dice shard. Do you have a seed?

Yeah my bad didn't save the seed. You can still have fun to a lesser degree using Blank Card and Pertho Rune as you'll have a 4-charge D6 essentially but you'll still have to rely on some luck to find both. This was the first time I'd found a cracked die so I couldn't tell you how rare they are but doing both a D20 effect and D6 was incredible even for rooms with just a large number of pickups as most of the time a few would turn into chests and have even more coins and such to change. Once I got to The Chest I was able to aquire every item in the game because I had gotten lucky and got Chaos in a shop earlier. So awesome when it only cost two charges and I'd found Habit and Wafer also, basically infinite rerolls at that point since hearts were dropping everywhere
