Onan's streak item pool

Did they remove everything that wouldn't be affected by the challenge from the item pools ? Like Knife, Tech X, Brimstone, Ludovico, etc ?
After 3H of resetting, I can't find any of them. :/

The challenge is built around hitting enemies, techs, knife, brim, ludo would be cheating the challenge
in other words deal with it

I love how people always feels superior when answering. :)
It wouldn't be cheating, it would only mean being smart. Otherwise the stop watch wouldn't be in Speed! for example. Pretty much every challenge have a smart way to overcome it without actually have to deal with the stupid initial situation, that's why I was asking about those items.
Now if you have a problem with that, don't answer, and deal with it.

I'm trying a run with tech.5, so far I've done well, but the big issue lies in Isaac itself imo. I've died twice to him, because I find it difficult with the few hearts I always get (have no luck on hp up and soul hearts so far) to dodge AND land hits. :/

A good item to get is that thing which makes your tears look like waves (basically increases hitbox)

You mean like they cheat several other challenges, and Lil' Brim in literally every blindfold challenge? It'd be really strange to remove those types of items for this one but not those to me.

Blindfold challenges are supposed to be beaten with the certain things you're given, but familiars just help with enemies you're unable to reach/don't want to get close to

well, its possible to get penetrating tears...but you wouldnt like that XD
the dmg that you get even if you hit the monster is SO real that i finished my challenge with deaths touch and only with my rotten baby doing the work for me

You are still missing my point, or misunderstanding. I'm saying Lil' Brim is a hard carry item for blindfold challenges, where the other items are hard carries for challenges such as onans streak.

It does help and sometimes carry, but I prefer doing challenges the way they're meant to

So do I, don't worry. I know carry items are there but I've only found myself using them once, and that was because suicide king is the most tedious thing ever put in a video game. Even did beans without lil' brim, which sucked imo lol.
