Are there any very helpful tips for this challenge? I know these.
If you find sad bombs, your good. It works on bobs brain.
Candles and stopwatch also work well just like the wafer.

every familiar you can get + BFFS if you lucky... also you have to protect your soul hearts - you need to spend some time in arcade to get orbitals.

Beat Hush wityh Lilith, it will unlock Incubus. Get Incubus in a devil deal, and you will fire tears, and profit from every upgrade.

The easiest way to do Brains! is stopwatch+candles though. Pyromaniac can help a lot too.

IVE DONE IT :D:D:D With BFFS and guppy's head/Tammy's head then Red candle I was able to do it :D. Dark bun helped a lot too and also host hat in chest. (no explosion damage) I killed ??? with 1 soul heart remaining.

i arrived to womb with the two bars of hearts full, after womb 1 i got 1 full bar and two hearts, it lives kill me. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane

Try "angel room" route. I got Holy Mantle and then Soul. Something tells me that it might be not coincidence. (I got the same items from angel rooms in Blue Bomber challenge)

After 15 painfull hours of juggeling explosive brains I finally did it.
Got satanic bible and later got lucky and found inf. batteries in a room, after that my health never dropped below first row. By the time I reached the chest I had 3 orbitals, huge speed and two powerpills for those crowded rooms.
As always with TBOI, just keep trying, sooner or later you'll get that golden item.
