Treasure Room Item - Found in a NORMAL room!

Is this normal? Here's two screenshots from the same run. The first item is just outside of the treasure room and the second item is inside the treasure room. Is this a bug?

Did any of you pick Chaos? It randomizes item room pools, so you might even get Angel Room items on Treasure Rooms or Lunches offered by the Devil lol

Certain rooms, including a couple of the new rooms, simply have a chance to have an Item Room item in it. The most obvious example I can think of is those rooms with an item surrounded by iron blocks that you need flying to grab, those pull from the Item Room pool (the worst one I ever saw in those was Pyromaniac, some salty tears were shed that run). There are a couple of other rooms that very rarely can have items in them as well.

My first Isaac run that I did on Afterbirth actually saw me get Ipecac before I even made it to the item room. It was just chilling behind some rocks in one of the new "L" rooms. Good thing Isaac comes with a free bomb.
