Dr. Fetus good again?

Sorry if I'm late to the party, but I just picked up Dr. Fetus for the first time after Afterbirth came out. I hated it before, but it seems like it's doing way more damage now. Did it get changed to be more like it was in the original?

at its base its still a bit weak but now it gets a ton of synergys

It is pretty ok now ... also seems that bomb *buff* items have a effect on Dr.Fetus now .. .so fun times !

Okay, awesome! I just got homing bombs along with it, and it's kicking ass haha. Love it

Basically: The bomberman pickup, Mr Mega, and Sad bombs makes the game easymode instantly, since each explosion causes tears to fly out, including each extra from whatever the bomberman one was.
Add cluster bombs and it's even more so easymode.

get cluster of bombs and glitter bombs too and multi bombs and they give you all the money, throw in sticky bombs and constant spiders too! yeah you can break fetus pretty hard before you factor in all the tear effects on sad bombs ><

Monstro's Lung also adds quite a bit too the fun, instantly killing bosses left and right

I love the new combos with Monstro's Lung; actually makes it worth picking up finally. I got it with Azazel for the first time after the DLC and it looked sick

I actually managed to crash my game with Monstro's lung, and every bomb pickup in the game that's passive. Also Ipecac and Pyromaniac.

I might have also had over 300 damage at the time so...

Ultra Greed didn't stand a chance, but I had to use my tech 2 to kill him.
